This is a lesson for the ADVANCED English language learner. The theme is the 2008 Olympic Games, and I focus on VOCABULARY, LISTENING, and GRAMMAR skills. This is PART ONE (the first half) and we study vocabulary. Be sure to watch the second half.
Since I got “Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games” last night, I thought that it would be a good idea if I showed the ‘London Party’ mode, as well as some of the ‘Single Event’ sports. {I will be taking the difficulty up a notch each time I increase the length of the ‘London Party’ game.} For the first part of this video series, I’m playing the ‘London Party’ mode. ‘London Party’ mode is a party game mode where you and three opponents tour around the city of London to communicate with officials, compete in events, earn stickers, etc. I’m using Mario; my opponents are Peach, Shadow, and Bowser Jr. — I’m no pro at this game yet; I just started playing it last night, and I haven’t even played every event on the disc yet.
