After the gold medal win I waited for the Now They Know commercial, I knew they had one ready just in case.

I’m not canadian and I hate hockey, i didn’t even like living in canada, but everytime i saw this commercial i could feel the hair on my neck standing up.
I always really looked forward to seeing this during the commercials. It made me feel so excited and patriotic. Realizing that they changed the words after the gold medal win was THE BEST THING EVER.

I get cold chills after watching this even on the HOTTEST of summer days. Who could forget one of the most memorable sports events in Canadian history!!!! How awesome is it to be CANADIAN???? Feels like we just won the gold yesterday!
