Part 2: www.youtube.com Part 3: www.youtube.com TheMapleSyrupShow- Mario, Luigi, Peach, Sonic, Shadow, Silver STORY: “As the Olympics begin, Mario and Sonic compete in a snowboarding race when, all of a sudden, Mario trips Sonic and it’s war between the two! So they both plot on pranking each other. Sonic talks to Shadow the next day, pleading him to go and beat up Mario. Unfortunately, Shadow doesn’t do errands for free and all goes to hell for Sonic. Mario then finds a note written by Shadow (but signatured as “Sonic”) and finds an insulting message. He then sends a Mario Head virus to his TV terminal. It starts singing Rob Zombie, scaring everyone that is playing the game. Shadow decides to gun down Mario while he mistakens Shadow for Sonic (God, video game characters are idiots). Mario successfully flees while Shadow decides to look for Sonic. The next day, Mario and Luigi talk about the struggle with “Sonic”. Mario then thinks up a diabolical plan that will surely rid of the hedgehog for good. Shadow locates Sonic and asks him to pay up while Sonic seems to be low on cash. This results in Shadow beating up Sonic. He ends up injuring Silver by accident while Sonic then escapes… not for too long, however.” I have the feeling that this poop was a little hit & miss. However, that’s just me. I want to know what you, the audience thinks. Feedback is asked for nicely. T’ank you. Come again.

And to mark the two years to go milestone, London 2012 organisers are calling on the UK public to start planning their games to ensure they don’t miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime event. To celebrate the countdown, athletes and young people will today (27 July) join Organising Committee chair Seb Coe, Olympic Delivery Authority chairman John Armitt, Olympics Minister Rt Hon Hugh Robertson MP and Mayor of London Boris Johnson on the train from St Pancras International to Stratford International. The group will then take a tour of the Olympic Park and, for the first time, step inside venues to witness first hand the progress being made in construction. They will also walk across the main spectator bridge which will be the ‘front door’ to the Olympic Park in 2012, joined by 70 athletes. Later today, young athletes will join multi-Olympic medallist Michael Johnson running inside the Olympic Stadium on a specially laid track. Gold medal winning cyclist, Sir Chris Hoy, will welcome visitors to the 2012 velodrome and become the first person to cycling around the new track. Former NBA star John Amaechi will accompany young basketball players and shoot the first hoop inside the basketball arena.
