Anarchism is not a bad violent thing, there are just violent people in the anarchist scene, because the protest you expect from people does not work, it is part of this system. and running away when police attack meens just dont to get hit…becaus they have no armor and weapons like the police
No one hit these protesters before they attacked the bay and in some instances attacked bystanders. This is not a “love” movement and infact some of the most racist and prejudice people I have met are aligned with the anarchist movement. Hence why so few visual minorities at here in Vancouver in the Anarchist movement.

not to mention they put cops in the crowd with the protesters. The cops infiltrate dressed like a regular protester, get violent and cause trouble, and give the cops in uniform a reason to get violent with the crowd and break it up.
Its amazing that people are complaining about how much money was spent on this, maybe they should look at how much is giving and wasted on natives and their bs. Real eye opener when you realize how much of a leach race they are.

@GH169 okay think about it. we have billions of dollars to shell out for a nationalistic event like this, and when it comes to things like poverty, they can’t even spare a couple of dollars. under harper’s govt, he’s closed down the most women’s/homeless shelters in history. during the construction of the olympic site, many people were forced to relocate themselves and therefore becoming more homeless than they were before.
